Jill is very knowledgable about the Huntsville real estate market, but she won't make up an answer if she doesn't know it. She sold an empty lot for me, which proved to be difficult (not by her doing). Assessing market value was tricky, and she made no pretense of knowing exactly how to price it in the beginning. In the end, howver, I believe she was able to gather enough information that helped me price it correctly and close the sale.

She is also good about working with picky/hard top please buyers (like me). She didn't push what I didn't want, and she was patient in helping me find what I did want. She knows the processes, what is a good value, and how to deal with buyers and sellers.

If you want a realtor who is going to tell you what you want to hear, I'd look elsewhere. She is not afraid to tell you the hard truth!

Summary - Jill and her staff did a wonderful job in helping me sell two properties and buy one. She will be the one I call when I am in need of real estate services in the future!
